Food Chains

I just finished reading "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan, and I'm ready to devote my energies to local, sustainable, grass farming. I mean like prairie grasses, not like the chronic. The only problem is that I live in the city, and I'm a cube farmer. I farm the ferns and phylodendra in my cube, and rather poorly at that.
